We price most of what we do as flat fees, and we’ve printed the full schedule here so you can see what each step costs before you take the first one. If a fee includes the government’s portion, your invoice shows the split.
A worked example: a one-class mark filed through StrongTrademarks costs $699 now, $1,000 at year five or six, and ==$1,500 at year ten==. If you filed before you were selling, add $500 for the statement of use. Anything else means the USPTO wrote back.

These fees are for the services described, and we’ll tell you what government fees to expect before we start working. USPTO and Copyright Office fees are set by those agencies, so ours change when theirs do. We bill hourly matters in six-minute increments with a monthly statement. We confirm every engagement in a written agreement that states the fee and its scope before any work begins.
